Poll about E3 and Fable 2

Published Monday, July 21, 2008 12:23 AM by Sam

A couple of days ago, someone on our forums posted a poll about Fable 2's presence at E3 and we've finally gotten a poll added to the topic. Pfew! Make your way here and let your opinion be known.

As I mentioned earlier, we also had a little Fable 2 and Banjo 3 party going on. Xbox360fanboy.com posted a hands-on preview, showed the party in pictures and finally check out X3F Sticker Gallery: The lions roar!

(Iain and Joe were giving a demo when this was taken)

i think the orbs appear when you enter a town and maybe appear at the nearest tavern or at your house(if u hav one)

im gona b a bandit in fable (maybe) like be stealthy and when traders go past "boom" they been shot and i take the riches, that or ill be a..........nah ill be a bandit/thief/assassin cos they are pretty much the same thing,
oh ye if u wanna play coop with me i dont mind any type of person cos if they swordfighter they can cover me while i shoot

Trinitykill said:

at the end i mean when im shooting actual enemies not traders cos if you were a G o o d [Good] character that would be no G o o d [Good] to kill traders

I have some questions

I saw you could have children but is that one child per wife or can you have multiple as long as you can support them? If you have to many children and not enough gold, do they go to the orphanage or does your wife leave with the child? If you play a woman character and get pregnant is there a gestation period? Does it effect your combat proficiencies? When your child grows up can they accompany you on quests? If your child can go with you on quests do they level up? Is it user controlled if they are more of a will user or infantry or is it random? So if you could take them, could you take only one or more? Is that maybe an ability of two player co-op without x-box live up to 4 player off-line? Or is it only live and system-link? So if your children did level up and you could have as many wives as homes. If you could buy and entire village set up wives in every home, raise all the children you could and level them up. Would have an unstoppable army of your own spawn to raid any city any town with you...MUHAHAHA. If you kill the parents of a child does that child grow up to one day hunt you? If you kill every NPC in a particular village do animals take over after years maybe goblins or undesirables that the towns people fended off before-hand? Does each NPC have a designated home like in Fable 1? Can enough game play time pass for NPCs to die, if not and the children grow up, do they have children too, if so then wouldn't the population explode before too long? ? Can you kill children, if not at what age do the NPCs become killable? Are there E v i l [Evil] women to marry? Does your wife become E v i l [Evil] if you and your children are? If so could you change everyone G o o d [Good] or E v i l [Evil] in the same way? If you get a divorce does the NPC retain the status you gave them like marrying a very poor woman and then moving her into a castle would she become a noble or go back to being poor if there was a divorce?
What is the gold limit? Do shopkeepers have a set amount of gold so you can't continuously sell all items to just one shopkeeper? What is the wait time on shopkeeper’s gold to respawn if so? Can you invest in shops to expand on items say build up a certain town so that it will grow? Do the NPCs change their living situations such as you killing some bandits that were holding a town back, would that town flourish afterwards? Do enemies drop items such as weapons or clothing? Is there a population limit, as If you had a thousand kids could they all be fully functional NPCs? Can you kill every NPC in the game? Do they respawn? Is there a system to stop you from killing plot essential characters? If you save enough gold to buy the castle in a certain area does the rest of the world respond to you accordingly as king? Well they didn't go very far into the house customizations like in fable 1 you just generically upgraded the house would you be able to place the tables and rugs here and there? If you buy a home and beautify it does it add a higher property value? Can you still rent the homes out? Is there a reappearance of the chapel of Avo and Scorm? Can you Hang stuff on the walls or do you have to rely on trophy mounts? Are there trophies after boss kills to brag about again? Is there a limit or can you cram a home with objects as long as you had the purchasing power? Can you set items down? And they'll be there many game play hours later? Can you craft your own weapons and armor if you’re a master blacksmith? Can you name them enchant them? How extensive is the character creator? Is there a dog creator with different colors, breeds, and sizes? Are there auras like the red pulsing "E v i l [Evil]" aura or the halo "G o o d [Good]" aura? I saw the return of the horns are there any other transformations like beast hair or long nails maybe bony hands or scared scary flesh the magma hands and feet? Or different horns possibly user created transformations, as to where horns pertruded or more of a beast transformation or more like a demon or vampire? Are there vampires can you become one? Can you become a balvireen? Is there a limit on how far bullets will travel? I've seen them jump fences but is there just jumping? Is there harsh weather is it visual or does the hard wind push you or you have to find cover from lightning strikes? How many square miles of map area is there? Are there seasons, if years pass is there winter, fall, spring, and summer. Do the citizens respond accordingly to the season change like change clothing outside less often or more change the creatures you run into?
If you own every town every house every castle do the NPCs respond to that?

When I played Fable 1 I had a maxed character killed everyone in Bowerstone Oakvale and Knothole glade and bought every house and shop, collected every item...I will do it again in this game! I also have a lvl 100 character in Oblivion Bought every house buyable and collected 1 of everything every rare item  every mundane item. I conquer games I love it. More than RPG's every game I have a 70 in WoW, Expert Guitar hero 1 2 3 and I’ve conquered hundreds more. I'm a die hard gamer I have many more questions I’ll figure out when I”ll play and I can't wait to play this game ! I would love to be a video game designer or tester someday I have a million Ideas on video games and It’s my life’s goal to become a designer or tester so if any developers read this just give me a chance I won’t disappoint. I’m 23,The only reason I’m not in school for it right now is money problems so if anyone knows a way to get my foot in the door I’d love to learn
