Most definitely the silent film era, I am such a huge fan of silent sci fi films without a massive need for huge budgets, just gorgeous visuals. Metropolis being the greatest example. I would kill for the ability to be able to create something like that.

id want to make my movies in the modern day. any year around 2003.

I am looking forward to making movies in the 1970's, sfx were just starting to come on the scene, and it is the era of the first Star Wars. I am also looking forward to the present day and on, i want my films to really push the limits of the technology avalible. P.S I cannot wait for this game.

Definately roman and general medieval films... Westerns in all their glory but nothing beats a good fence out.
