Some of these achievements are paths, if you didn't notice. I would also think it'd be fun to have achievements for outcomes of: *a'hem* situations caused by prerequisite situational outcomes. In other words, say I decided to influence Milo into pelting Kate with a snowball. That, over other things, would have dominance over whether or not Kate likes Milo.
