Please can anyone help us?!? I´ve got the same problem, when clicking the online-button an errorbox says that the code cannot be found. I bought my version two weeks ago and no one but me has used it and the game is properly installed using my cd key.

I know people don't sell used computer games.....but maybe you got one that someone used before. Its not likely but thats all I can think of. where did you buy it?

Re: How to Upload your Movies

First, go to the movie player option when you power up the game. Next, export you movie. Third go to the online mode, log in, and click on the highlighted movie to begin the upload.

Re: How to Upload your Movies

I upload my movies without a problem, but the image is always so distorted you can't see much. While the movie uploads, it does play the movie in a distorted way as the bar shrinks. I'm thinking maybe my Internet connection or my graphics card is the problem, since I've been having a minor graphical problem. It gives something like that. http://movies.lionhead.com/movie/116892 It has that effect on every qualiy level.

Re: How to Upload your Movies

When I export, it plays frame by frame and it takes several hours to finish. I wonder if K-7 Quarantine went through that problem.

Re: How to Upload your Movies

All films play frame by frame and it usually does take a while. I just leave the computer running and go off and do something else. Happy [:)]

It will take a while if your film is very old and there has to be an effect on the camera. Like if it was filmed in the 50s the camera would lose colour and it would take longer to export because of the effect it has on the film. When you are in 2000 or above your camera is in full colour and no effect has to be put on it so it will export faster. I think that is right. That is what happened to me anyway.
    KA-BLAM.

Re: How to Upload your Movies

Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the game since the last time you uploaded a movie? Have you been fiddling with your registry files? Ermm [:ermm:] I think you might want to try the User Technical Help forum before reinstalling the game, as doing that can cause problems of its own. Wink [;)]

Re: How to Upload your Movies

Well, it shouldn't only upload 20 seconds... Was the exported version of the movie alright? (You can check by going to My Documents/The Movies/Movies, there will be a wmv file with the title of your movie in there. Wink [;)]) Nothing wrong with your internet connection? Ermm [:ermm:]

Re: How to Upload your Movies

You need to upload your movies through the game itself, so if the game isn't working you can't upload to TMO. If you have the movies on your hard drive, you can still upload to other sites such as Skinshack cinema. Happy [:)]
