I think it's great. It's great instrumental music to have playing in the background. I also dig the concept of entrenching yourself in a studio, record whatever comes into your mind, and publish the whole thing more or less as-is.

I saw NIN last friday at Roskilde Festival here in Denmark, and it was pretty much epic.

I think it's great as background music, but I had to take it off my ipod, because whenever I'd listen to music on the bus or whatever, one of the tracks would randomly come on, and it'd really annoy me.

Mad Caddies - "State Of Mind"

Although I liked the older albums more because they were more Punk, I think the latest album from 2007 is still a very piece of music! Much calmer, slower and a bit too much Ska (or Reggae in case of the sample above)  for my taste ... thankfully they usually play the songs faster live. They totally rock live, so if you have the chance to see them, take the chance.
