We already know that Milo can learn your name, so I’m guessing he will learn other things like your favourite movie and other interests, giving you new things to talk about, allowing him to "evolve". Hopefully not in the same way Fable 2 was supposed to evolve based on the choices you made... Although I did enjoyed it immensely.
