The Movies is effectively "dead" software and will see no further support from Lionhead, so there will never be an "expansion pack"; sad but true.

That said, as Skelch points out, a lot of the props you are looking for can be found at the modding sites; retexturing existing props isn't hard but takes some practise (using the tools that are available out there); if there's something you want to see but isn't out there prop-wise, you could always take steps to learn how to model/mod to get them made yourself (there are some highly-skilled modders out there who have continued to keep interest and content alive in the game, but they are usually so snowed under with requests that you have practically no chance of getting any of them to be able to make anything for you... so the only options are either do without or make it yourself!)

1 - 8 are either not possible or all ready been done. There are all kinds of stand alone programs all ready created to help you get stuff into the movies. With in reason, most of them are not quite what you are looking for, but the best out there. Look at http://dcmodding.com

Scenes can not be created, as of yet no one has cracked the 'code' Lionhead used to create animations.

Some of the WWII stuff you requested was some of the first props ever created for The Movies.

Look around you will be surprised what you find.

Some of these days i was thinking about a new expansion pack for The Movies, please read what it can include and please reply saying if you are going to make it.

It Will Add:

Facilities:

1-Custom Prop Designer - Its a facility that let YOU create your props with a easy to use interface, by texturing them and modeling them, to be used as set dressing, props for be used as weapons,pistols,mellee Weapons,Machine Guns, and much more.If he will be a Gun (Rifle, pistol, machine gun, etc) a Projectile for this weapon need to be set, an sound effects for all props need to be set too.

2-Custom Scene Designer - Its a facility that let YOU create your own scenes, animations and others, with an very very easy to use interface. You can also make scenes with multiple extras (or actors) and load props from the game, and props that you created, to make the scene more easyer to do.

3-Custom Set Designer - Its a facility that let YOU create your own sets, with a easy to use Interface, modeling what is going to be on the set, editing the textures, seting the scenes, and much more.

4-FX Production - Its a facility that let YOU put special effects in you movie! They are effects used in The Movies, if you have the Stunts & Effects installed, you can use his effects too! The effects can be simple animated, with keyframes, and to become easyer, you can fly in the scene with the camera, to see results.

5-Custom Costume Designer - Its a facility that let YOU create your costumes and the assessories, like bracelets,rings,etc. It will work in the same way as the Custom Body Paint Designer

6-Custom Body Paint Designer - Its a facility that let YOU Create your own body paint. It needs one person to be employed in this facility to work, while inside this facility, your employee appears to you paint it. Once finished, you can save it in the Body Paint list.

7-Custom Latex Head Designer - Its a facility that let YOU create the latex head to your movies, it needs someone to be employed to work. When inside, the guy who you employed will appear to let the modeling be simple. once you finished modeling, you need to put textures on it. Once you have REALY finished, Save it, it will appear at the Latex Head List.

8-Custom Texture Designer - Its the facility that let YOU create textures to put in sets, props, Latex Heads and much more.

Sets

Sci-fi: Hangar 1 - The set that will let your imagination take off! Its similliar to the Scifi corridor 1's textures.
Sci-fi: Hangar 2 - The same thing as the 1st hangar, but it will have similliar texture from scifi corridor 2's
Sci-fi: Hangar 3 - The same thing as the 2nd hangar, but it will have similliar texture from scifi corridor 3's
Sci-fi: Hangar 4 - The same thing as all the hangars, but will have similliar texture from scifi corridor 4's

Rural: Flowerfield - A field full of flowers, great for praticing romance roles.

Tropical: Amazon Rainforrest - Its a reply form the Brasil's Amazon forretst, it will include an waterfall, a lagoon and a big mountain.

War: Graveyard - Its a set that has an church and a graveyard behind her, a lot of soldiers can be triying to capture a church and must take cover at the graveyard while the other soldiers in the church stay holding his fire to hit'em

Props:

WW2 Airplane - A basic plane that has been used in WW2, if you have The Moves Stunts & Effects it can be used as Miniature prop.
WW2 Airborne Transport - Its a transport for airborne used in WW2, if you have The Movies Stunts & Effects, it can be used as a miniature prop and in the Helicopter Rappel scene.
Panzer Tank - A Tank, similliar to a Panzer.
Tiger Tank - Another Tank, similliar to a Tiger.
Ninja Sword - A sword that is used in the new scenes of this Expansion Pack
Laser Sword - A sword that is used in the new Scenes of this Expansion Pack
MG42 Machine Gun - An machine gun emplacement used in WW2.
Parachute - Parachute to land in terrians

Scenes:
I am not going to say all scenes individually, so i will resume.

Scenes for a lot of sets, are scenes of pilots entering in the airplanes, scenes of soldiers jumping from parachutes, landing from parachutes, etc.
Scenes for the Greenscreen set (Stunts & Effects) scenes of planes dogfighting, these scenes are also available in the Scrolling Landscape (Stunts & Effects)
Sword Fighting scenes.

Costumes:

Brasilian Native Costume - Its a costume that brasilian natives use.
Space Assault Uniform - A Space suit that elite space police uses.
