A question of, yet again, copyright.

Here is my question... I want to make what would effectively be a fan-movie of the game X-COM, and I'm wondering what and how much would have to be changed to upload it to TMO. Examples: Do I have to just not use the title 'X-COM'? or would I have to change most of the internal stuff too? (Sectoid -> Grey, Elerium-115 -> Random-Fancy-Sounding-Element-11someodd, Skyranger -> Jet Transport (or something)) I dunno if a question like this has been awnsered before, so if anyone has any thoughts, feel free to share them. Thanks.

As much as I dislike bumping, I really would prefer some kind of awnser before I start filming... even if its just 'This isn't the right forum, go ask somewhere else' or 'Try sending an e-mail to
' Anyone?

Why not email the company that makes it and ask for permission, and if they aren't ok with it then alter everything? I loved the original X-Com back in the day, I'll definately take a look at this when it comes out.
