Yes, that's right, production of SYIH has begun, now that we have a complete cast, and are ready to proceed. Let's remind ourselves of the fantastic cast myself and Fred managed to recruit:

We already have in voiceovers from Orky, Artorious, Tarison and Nukester, as well as most of WolfWings's lines, although due to a throat infection, she has only been able to record some of the lines, and we still expect a couple from her, as well as from the rest of the cast.

I have began work in AMM, and am working slowly. Only times I'll get to work on it will be Friday-Sunday because school/work. Process should begin to move at a steady pace once I work with the film more in AMM so expect weekend updates. I'm really excited to finally begin the real stuff!

Fred has also informed me that he is working hard on several aspects of this project, and is currently working on the title sequence overlays, and has mentioned several other things to me, including the possibility for some custom music from him for this, as well as searching for some music himself. But, it's Fred we're talking about, who knows what craziness will appear from him? I'm not even sure he knows...

We'll try to keep updating this thread as often as possible

Yes! This project is moving faster than OGUG!

And like Yami said.... something about regular updates, and before long, I'll possibly be able to tell a short story about the poster, and why THAT's so odd But we're more interesting than that,* so it can wait

And I told myself I didn't want to post, but I did..... bleh, I need coffee

This trailer or "preview" is a great insight into what Yami is capable of. I have watched the preview a couple times now, it certainly is different than most movies you'll see on TMO!

Can I just point out though, that it is a teaser, not a trailer, a teaser. The idea is to tease, not to give an insight into the plot. We will release a trailer which does tell of some of the plot, but not for a while. For now, unless you've seen the script, you'll have to go without

As far as updates go.... I don't really have any...yet. Although when Yami gets online on skype, we should be discussing music and overlays. A nice idea has hit me, and I need to share it with him..... although I seem to vaguely recall telling him already, or is that just me being odd again? I really don't know this time, I have gone crazy again today

Thanks to all who watched and reviewed the short teaser, which from reading the reviews certainly teased alot of people . Fred and I have discussed more today over skype and will be doing that again tomorrow, but over in the U.K. its already tomorrow.

Teaser seems to be doing well, its 12th overall and 3rd in action. So if you haven't seen the teaser yet, go click on the link above and check out the 1 minute teaser of what you can expect from "See You In Hell" and also see some amazing freecam. A theatrical trailer for the film will be made in the future, most likely when AMM is complete.

Don't really have much of an update, but on Friday AMM will begin officially. Even though I did start awhile back I'm going to can it and start over fresh. I will probably say that AMM will be completed in about a month, 2 months at the most. So expect weekend updates and who knows, maybe some screenshots will be revealed!

Thanks to all have been interested from the start and its about to get even more interesting as the time goes on. Stay tune for more hell updates....

Well last update was about a week ago. I should've updated this thread last weekend but I never got around to working with it AMM because I wasn't feeling well. But hey, today I will begin working with this in AMM, I've got snacks and my energy drink ready to go because its going to be a long night. I'll be updating this thread during the weekend so be sure to check them out.

Still no release date has been discussed but do expect it to come out within the next few months or so. Once I begin work tonight I should be able to maintain a pace that is steady and gets alot done.

Time for an update!

 

AMM is about 10% complete. I started official work on the film Friday night, where I began work in AMM and gather a few more characters together. I was able to get a amount of work done Friday. Saturday night I did the same thing, got a few more scenes put it and completed. Production has started off slowly but within the next week or so it should be speeding up a bit. Fred and I have also discussed music and overlays for the film but still need to make the final decisions. See You In Hell has been a fun project so far and its only the beginning.

In AMM I am going to take as much time as I need. I've been going slow and been checking everything to make sure I didn't mess up on the lighting and props and etc. Its looking real and going to be getting better as I go along. Now to end this weekend update with a bang, I have included a first-look screenshot! See you back for the next update

Great angle on that screenie Yami and overall cool update. I can see alot of improvement so far with the free-cam and I can't wait to see how this turns out!

You've also assembled a pretty darn fine cast with the exception of me I am greatful to be on board this project.

A young Kieran (mustachio26) is shouting at his Mother (Wolfwings) for leaving his father (Pookashells), without taking his feelings into consideration. But, soon after this conversation, he will regret it...

(Anyone who's seen the script will understand that last bit, hopefully everyone else will be going "WHY!?!?!", as we continue down the road that leads to finding out )

Update

 

Time for this weekend update. Yes its a little late but hey its fine. This weekend I worked more and more on the film. Just going through AMM slowly and making sure it looks . I got a few more scenes done over the weekend. I had to think of how to make things flow and did some experimenting with scenes and what not. All in all I think its coming along great. Only problem is that I'll be going on vacation this Saturday and will be back soon. What'll end up happening is I'll work with the movie Friday night/early Saturday morning and update the thread before I leave. Once I return I'll have a couple of days to work on it and should get alot done. This ends this late weekend update, stay tuned for more.....

Little update

 

Not really much of a huge update but here is where I'm at so far. After coming back from my vacation I feel refreshed and ready to begin working on the film. Last night I worked with it for about an hour or so and was able to get more done. Worked with it a little this morning and I look to begin the fun stuff latet tonight Process is still going slow but its coming along. Stay tuned for more updates soon to follow

Yeah... it's been a while thread

Well, Yami informs me that Mustachio has turned in his lines, as have several others we haven't mentioned yet (which weren't as recent ), so... yeah, we still need quite a few of them... so get your lines in, cast

He also tells me that he's doing well in AMM, although he does have a little project on the side too.

But he doesn't have to tell me that I need to get started on the overlays... "I'll do them in a minute!" Hopefully we won't need to recast anyone and change the overlays, which is why I usually wait until all the VOs are in before starting, but what the hell, I'll get them done

 

Uh... yes, the movie is progressing, and Chomper is fine

Been while...

Well since I finally finished my entry for the Time Competition and now have time to resume work on SYIH. Worked with it last night and got a few more scenes done and went back to redo some that I already had. Didn't like some of the camera angles and actions used. Now its time to see who we have VOs from and who needs to do their VOs.

Time for this week's update

Didn't do anything with the film in AMM this weekend because I am feeling a bit under the weather (Sorry Fred) I tried to work on the film but my mind wasn't really all there so next week I'll be working on it for long hours  Only new update I have is regarding the VOs
