you can buy every piece of land/ building correct? I really would like the mansion in the graveyard. can anyone tell me why i can't seem to buy it?

The mansion only becomes available if certain preconditions are met.

Spoiler *you must have completed the "Love Hurts" quest which becomes available late in the game during your time in Bloodstone*

I completed that quest and can NOT find the for sale sign. Glitch? Or do you have to talk to somebody after the quest to buy the mansion??

I kept Lady Grey for myself and after I left the area and came back the property was available for purchase.

No, the house comes up for sale regardless of your choice at the end of "Love Hurts". If you're a nice guy, the Gravekeeper elopes with his new bride.
