I believe it ''unlocks'' after you go through the Cursed Skull - It will show up as you progress in the story.

There is no need to uninstall - just be sure that you go to the downloads and make sure you are accessing the premium download (assuming you purchased the premium versions).  You may get a message that you have already downloaded the content, but just press the ''download again'' option.

Hypothetically you should see two new quests in the quest file - ''Go see Murgo'' and/or ''Defrost KHI'' (I really can't remember what it says). Try going to the docks in Bowerstone Market and there should be two new guys to talk with; If not, try re-downloading the DCLs.

You just need to visit an in-game Fable 2 Gamemaster to get amy swag won in the Pub Games (since you already merged).  They usually hag out near the pubs and there are a few traveling traders in Bower Lake and Brightwood.  You don't even need to play the game - once you exit the mini-game you will be given anything won in the tournaments.
