Just a word of caution, that blog looks like it was set up to feed into another money making site. You should never ever have to pay to get a games testing  job,  and really it's something to go into for love not money.

Don't have the PC version so I can't help you on that regard but TLC is available on Xbox and backwards compatible on 360. Have fun
